Experiencia fantástica: I attended Alexis' spinning classes and cardio kick when she used to be an instructor at Brown University. She is dedicated to her work, loves what she does and motivated everybody in these classes. For me, attending her classes was a life changing experience. I was overweighted, totally unfit and a quitter. Maybe I just needed a spark to change all that and her classes provided all that. I was never the same after attending them. I am living abroad now so I don't really know how her private studio is but people attend her classes because I am pretty sure she maintained all that mentality.

Experiencia fantástica: DCC is a great spin studio. The owner, Alexis, is friendly and attentive. She welcomes everyone and makes you feel like you are part of the family. Her staff takes her lead and makes DCC and great place to come and spin. Great studio for all skill levels as the instructors give alternatives to customize each section to your own needs.
