Experiencia fantástica: It is Halloween and the Transformation Challenge is over and I had so much fun meeting people that work out here. I signed up for personal training with Tricia Mantle and she is an AWESOME trainer and friend! She taught me so much and I had great results and not done yet as I have new goals now :) 10/31/17 8/2017 - I joined Texas Health Prosper Fitness Center a few months ago and I love it! Everyone is very helpful and the facility is very clean. It has a very nice locker room w/showers. They just added a spin & barre class at 5:30am Mondays & Wednesdays (Hilary is amazing). There is also a 6:00am spin class on Tuesdays & Thursdays (Meg is awesome). I like to workout before work sometimes so I love the early classes they offer. I love Sherie's Sweat & Sculpt & Insanity classes. There are a few more classes that I hear are great and I can't wait to try them. I just entered the TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE and the trainers are very helpful and supportive of my fitness goals (and it is not too late to sign up too).
