Experiencia positiva: I love that it's just one big floor. Staffs are very nice! Don't like the fact that there's no hair dryer in sight and the lack of Sauna.

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean and well run facility. Jennifer assisted with my account transfer here and went above and beyond in her customer service, really making the place feel like more of a community that cares about its members then a regular gym trying to make money. She is the best!

Experiencia positiva: Definitely one of the better locations that isn't on the Destination Access level locations. It's on the smaller side but it doesn't seem TOO small because everything is spread out. The locker rooms were really nice and had a industrial feel to it! Definitely recommend this location to anyone who's interested in doing a single access membership! :)

Experiencia positiva: Pretty small, so it gets too crowded during the after-work rush. Best to go in the middle of the day. Nice variety of equipment and has all the essentials.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this club. Dumbo is my home club (being about 5 minutes from work), however I travel to sports club and hudson yards quite frequently as a destination member. Despite those amazing locations, something about this smaller scale club always stands out. Equinox dumbo truly feels private while also simultaneously being community driven. The staff is the best I've experienced at any equinox. They will always go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable. I always feel at home at this location, which so far I really cannot say about 99 percent of other locations. Nick (General Mgr) constantly checks in with members and ensures everyone is having a great experience, I see Nick on the floor most days I work out. After having several issues with how I was treated in other clubs I really do recommend this club to anyone, can't same the same for the other locations
