Experiencia fantástica: This is a members only gym. On two floors, downstairs is mostly machines, including treadmills, ellipticals, fixed exercise machines and a small free weight area. Upstairs are two large studios and a small studio for yoga and small mat classes. There is also a pilates studio and a much larger free weight area. There are also three pools, salt water, including a lap pool, a smaller warm water pool for aqua aerobics and a very small hot water therapy pool. There are men's and women's locker rooms and showers, a sauna and a steam room. The gym is about 10 years old and the machines are beginning to show their age. Maintenance is satisfactory. The gym, locker rooms and pool are very clean. I understand an air filtration system was installed after the gym was reopened in September of 2020. Monthly membership is about $60 + . Check with a membership agent to be certain. All classes, the pools and locker rooms with towel service are included. Fitness professionals are also available for an additional fee. This is an outstanding gym. My only criticism is the age of the machines.

Experiencia positiva: Got to pool Saturday May21 at noon. Thought I was at Chucky Cheese, Pool overcrowded with kids. Went back to locker room, changed and went back Home.

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far my favorite gym in the area. I actually wish gyms elsewhere were laid out more like this one (specifically the upstairs area, more open space, several squat racks). It never feels too crowded so you can focus on your exercises. Equipment is always clean and weights are well organized. Karen and Angelica were very helpful with explaining the membership details and getting me set up. I always get a good workout here.
