Experiencia fantástica: High Desert CrossFit is way more than just a gym!! You are welcomed, cared about and taken care of here- it is a family! When I first started CrossFit in January I was SO nervous but the second I walked in those doors, it has become my safe haven. I love that Jenna & the coaches take the time to teach & perfect every movement until you are ready & confident to add weight/“speed”. And everyday they never leave you doubting what you are capable of! I can’t wait to see the exciting things this place will do in Prescott Valley for years to come!! ????

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love coming to this gym! Not only is the atmosphere great but the coaches as well! Since this gym has opened up, my strength has doubled. The workouts are great and you'll always feel satisfied afterwards! Definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS GYM AND THE COACHES! I started CrossFit not even a year ago and could hardly do any movements or move the bar … within these few months doing it I’ve made so much progress and can actually do the movements properly . Classes are filled with great people and positive energy all the time! Love it here!

Since I’ve joined I feel like I am exponentially improving and have a support team who recognizes my goals and is pushing me to achieve them. Every workout, the coach is cheering me on and giving me the extra push to be better! I appreciate everything they do!
