BEND Hot Yoga Prescott

Experiencia fantástica: I have been attending this yoga studio every day since April 17 (5 weeks) - I even got my son, who is off from college for the summer, to start coming with me. During this time I (we) have had the opportunity to try several of the classes and experience most of the instructors. They have all been fantastic. About 10 years ago, I did Bikram yoga for quite some time but stopped. I decided to give hot yoga a try again and truly appreciate the variety of this studio - I love Mixed, Flow & Glow, and Beginnings and what to try a few others. The variety allows for working on different areas of the body. The studio itself is extremely clean. The staff is always friendly, and the teachers are very professional. I hope one day that they open a studio in PV.

Experiencia fantástica: Whoever is behind all the small details at Bend to make the environment comfortable is doing an excellent job. The attention to detail is truly noteworthy. The small details I appreciate most include the ticks on the ground to mark where to place your mat, the cleanliness of the studio and the beautiful and cool hard floors, the lighting throughout the studio and during each practice, the music variety to set tempo and volume to match energy, the FLOW of the mixed class, the heat level / making sure it doesn’t get too hot by opening the door, and the lavender lemongrass misting at the end of the class. I cannot say enough good things about this facility, the staff, and their product of amazing yoga classes. I moved away from Prescott a few years ago and find myself LONGING to attend more classes, and am considering taking a vacation to AZ just to take some yoga classes. To whomever reads these reviews at Bend, please add locations in Oregon!
