Experiencia fantástica: I am so impressed with Dre! She has designed such an amazing bunch of incredibly fun choreographed classes, that are both super energizing and just downright fun, while getting an amazing workout! I love that it’s not just the same routines, but given her expertise and her career in professional dance, she has the ability to make fun and challenging classes that leave us all smiling and sweaty! I personally take 4 classes a week from her. Two dance fit classes, Tabata and Women on Weights! My kids take her PE class and always have the biggest smiles on their faces! They get to workout with the games that we always had growing up, like tug a war, rope climbs, hula hoops and so many others! My kids love it! It’s so creative and I love to see them smile and get movement! I feel like I have not only become stronger, but I also feel more confident in my post baby body! The workouts have complimented my needs for dealing with diastases recti in my abdominals, after my babies were born. That was important to me to work at my own speed, have options to what would be safe for my body need and to really be able to push myself to see results. My favorite part of her classes is that I can bring my kids! It’s important for my children to see me work hard at working out so that I establish good habits in their eyes! I am grateful for all that I am able to do with Dre and her commitment to family Health!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Dre’s classes! As a personal trainer/group fitness instructor myself, I’m pretty selective and have high expectations for classes I attend! Dre creates great and effective workouts! Having somewhere I can workout with my baby has been amazing and absolutely essential for me! Family fitness is a huge passion of mine.It is amazing and what every community needs! So thankful to Dre for providing this for us ❤️
