Experiencia fantástica: For years I've been going to the gym and spending 45-60 minutes a time wandering aimlessly through the machines. Sure, I worked out, but with all the distractions and general overwhelmedness, my exercise time just wasn't efficient or productive. When I met Wendy she challenged me to change that. Her classes are focused, fun, and personalized. The first time I took a spin class, I realized how woefully out of shape I truly was, but she talked me through it, cheered me on, and had me coming back for more. She really knows each of her people and responds to what we individually need. Also she is a wealth of information on everything you should do to care for your mind, body, and spirit. It's not just how to lose weight or get stronger, it's how to long-term live a healthier more happy life. Wendy's amazing!
