F45 Training Bridgeland

Experiencia fantástica: Great coaches! Great workouts! Great equipment! My husband and I recently switched to F45, and my only regret is that I didn’t join sooner. The coaches are well trained, plenty of classes to accommodate work/life balance, the gym is kid-friendly (there is a nook with bean bags for the kids), and F45 puts together monthly family-friendly events around the neighborhood. I love my new gym!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have finally found a gym where I enjoy the classes and the coaches are the primary reason I chose to join last Fall. The coaches help you with your form and keep you motivated. If you need to modify they will help you with that. The other members are also encouraging and make you feel like you are part of a team. I highly recommend to anyone at any fitness level.

Experiencia fantástica: I love F45. I made the switch from a different gym that I attended for 5 years. I am so glad I made the switch. The coaches are so awesome and very supportive. If I am not in the correct form or need a modification they are beyond helpful. Even the members of F45 are very encouraging. They always give high fives when I leave and will tell me great job. It feels great to actually attend a gym where not only am I getting in great physical shape, but am surrounded by awesome coaches. I would definitely recommend F45.
