Experiencia fantástica: Kickboxing has changed my life for the better! I started off a little apprehensive about my health and fitness goals, but all of the coaches are very knowledgeable, supportive, and encourage members to push themself to the limit every class! It’ll set the tone for the day or help de-stress after a long day of work. Whatever the reason, kickboxing helps you get out of your comfort zone and has many positive benefits! I recommend it to anyone who wants to improve both their mental and physical health! ????

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome! I signed up in January as a gift to myself. I figured it was more fun and less than the cost of therapist. Lol In all seriousness, this is what I’ve gotten out of ILKB so far… -Right off the bat, I found a community of people that want to better their health and have fun in a healthy way. -I get a great workout, step by step instruction and a knowledgeable Trainer that is there to make sure I’m using proper form so that I don’t hurt myself. -I was active and decently fit when I joined and I didn’t change my diet (tho they have nutrition plans available if you want). I still lost 10lbs., my fat percentage went down and my muscle percentage went up. -This is my favorite part. I feel empowered! I feel strong, mentally sharp and full of energy. The stress release I get when I punch and kick that bag is invigorating. I obviously love it here and I highly recommend it.
