Experiencia fantástica: I contacted Chairo Health and Fitness after gaining back all of the weight I had lost for my wedding. Samantha developed a fitness plan that worked with what fitness equipment I had and provided me with a full body workout that put emphasis on what I considered my problem areas. Additionally, Samantha outlined what macro nutrients I needed to consume in order to lose fat without putting my body in starvation mode. Previously, I focused solely on eating as little calories as possible. Now on my "diet" I have more energy and I don't feel so deprived. Most importantly, Samantha has been a fantastic source of encouragement and support. On a hard day, it's great to have a coach who understands how hard it can be to start on the road to a healthy lifestyle.There are days when you need an emotional boost. Several pounds lighter, inches smaller and much stronger, I am so glad I made an investment in myself with Chairo Health and Fitness!
