EVOLVE mindful movement

Experiencia fantástica: I have NEVER experienced a low impact workout that has delivered the results and enabled me to work this hard - actively strengthening both primary muscle groups and stabilizing muscle groups around joints. I increased both my max pushups and situps in 2 minutes by 20% each and took 15 seconds off of my 1 mile run time. Give it a try for a few weeks, you’ll be impressed with the changes you see and feel! I highly recommend EVOLVE as a great addition to any fitness routine! I’ve been taking EVOLVE Barre 3x a week for 4 months so far. Prior to EVOLVE, my routine included functional fitness (sandbag training and rucking), running, and CrossFit. Since Day 1 each EVOLVE class taught me something new and challenged me in a fresh way around subtleties of body mechanics and movement. Frequent verbal cues and manual adjustments are woven throughout class and enable everyone to make micro-adjustments to positions at their own pace and comfort level. This has allowed me to get more out of class - mentally and physically - every time.

Experiencia fantástica: This morning was my first class at Evolve and I’ll definitely be back!! I took a Buti Yoga class w Elisia and it was incredible! The class was fun & exciting with professional guidance, great music, and high energy! The studio is immaculate! Offering everything you need from mats, straps, balls & even a fully stocked bathroom to keep you fresh after class! A little dry shampoo is a must after sweating on my mat :) The owner Jackie welcomed my girlfriend and I with a bright smile as we came in. She even took the time to check in with us after class and shared a bit of her story on opening her studio. Evolve is a great addition to the Portsmouth area! 5 Stars!
