Experiencia fantástica: The trainers were so amazing knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere and friendliness of every one at the gym was the best. The workouts make me feel like a rockstar when I walk. I've already lost 21 lbs in 2 months and so many inches. I have been to many other gym and lots of trainers. Crossfit power house is hands down the best they really know what they are doing

Experiencia fantástica: This gym let me drop in for a few workouts at a very affordable per day price compared to other local gyms. The staff was nice and friendly as were the folks working out there. There isn't a lot of milling around and talking as the music is pretty loud, and the clients are there to work hard It was pretty motivating to be around the energy of all the folks doing the crossfit workouts. I found a corner and did my usual kettle bell workout without feeling like a nuisance. The clients were evenly split between gender, so anyone would feel welcome here. Overall, a great place and I would recommend.
