Anyone at any fitness level can come to any class and get the workout they need without feeling intimidated, like walking into some chain gyms can make you feel. Experiencia fantástica: Best choice for a great workout facility! I have been coming for over 4 years and love the staff, facility, and CrossFit! Everyone here is very supportive and encouraging no matter what your fitness level. The workouts are varied with options for every age and ability. If you have an issue of any kind they will find alternatives that will still challenge you. I am 62 years old and have no intentions of slowing down!

Experiencia fantástica: Very supportive and encouraging atmosphere! One of the best parts is all workouts are scaled to your fitness level! From someone who had never stepped foot into a gym before, after my first workout I was HOOKED! It’s almost like a second family! Highly recommended and for the price you have to keep in mind you have a coach in every session to help make sure you are doing the workouts correctly and not injuring Yourself as well as getting the results intended !
