Experiencia fantástica: Crossfit Port Saint Lucie has a really involved, supportive staff that is more than helpful. The people that workout there also are extremely nice and respectful. Crossfit PSL is one of the greatest out there. I highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: A fantastic gym to train!!! The trainers are helpful and very knowledgeable. Everyone here is eager to help one another to work, and make no mistake about it you will work, sweat, and be sore the next day, but you will see results. If you are new to a Crossfit Gym, getting back into it, or working out for the first time in a long time, I would highly recommend Crossfit Port Saint Lucie mainly because the trainers work you into the exercises. The focus is on doing the exercise correctly. There is no jumping into the deep end of the pool... And, the gym is kept cleaned and organized. So, Crossfit Port Saint Lucie has excellent trainers who care about your safety and want to help you improve in your workout, the people who work out there help each other, and the gym is kept clean and organized. Thought I would never be able to do participate in Crossfit but guess what no matter how fit your are if you are ready for a challenge that can change your life, Crossfit is for you. I will never go back to the boring old gym membership. The trainers give you guidance and support so you can get the most out of your workout, giving encouragement and teaching you proper technique. I promise you you will not look back once you start Crossfit. Come and join the fun and see what we are all about.

Experiencia fantástica: Crossfit Port Saint Lucie has completely changed my life!!! I look and feel like a brand new person. The trainers there are amazing and really challenge you to do YOUR best! I have been able to do things that I would never thought was possible. The results are worth it-- I am half the size that I once was. You do not have to be an athlete to join. As long as you commit to the process you will be successful. I'm addicted :)
