Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing! I was never big about working out and hated going to a gym so I wouldn’t stick to it. But this place showed me working out can be fun. The staff is super friendly and great to work with. They will show you modifications if you can’t do a workout. You can tell they truly care about their customers.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place so much. As someone who has always been un-athletic, i was pretty intimidated to come to this gym, even though I wasn’t entirely sure what i was walking into. It was the beginning of the pandemic and i had previously only been taking yoga classes for exercise, but this was the first place to re-open after the shut down so i gave it a shot. The coaches were so welcoming and helpful. I fell in love, 2 year later i am still addicted and committed, i go 5-6 days a week now because i cant get enough. I am now able to do things i never thought possible, and have come so far from where i started, which was having no idea what was going on or what any of the movements meant. The community, camaraderie & accountability here is a part of what makes it so special. It has done wonders for not only my physical health but my mental health & self esteem/confidence as well. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I use to go to a traditional gym and it was very hard to be self-motivated and difficult to come up with a great workout. After switching to HEW it has been a game changer. I’ve been attending for 6 months and I’ve seen a difference in strength, body appearance, and self energy that I haven’t seen before. HEWPSL is a place where the environment is very motivating and supportive. The workouts are great. The coach are very motivating, encouraging, and supportive. They are always willing to help during the workouts and before and after. They work with you to help you reach your goals.
