Experiencia fantástica: EYS is a very special place! The spa is housed in a lovely historical building in Port Royal. The space is warm and welcoming. If you schedule a late afternoon, early evening Yoga class you will have an amazing sunset view of Port Royal Sound. Brittney and her team of Yoga instructors are knowledgeable, kind and caring. So glad I found this place!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in town for a Marine graduation and decided to drop in for a class. I reached out in email and they quickly responded. Once I showed up, I felt right at home in such a serene, peaceful and inviting setting! Perfect place to do yoga. Teacher had great energy and gave clear instruction for all levels. My only regret is that I was unable to squeeze in one class because this place is a gem!

I’ve been involved with this studio for several years and have always been impressed and inspired by my experiences here and the people I’ve met. The yoga classes are some of the best I’ve experienced in the ten years I’ve been practicing yoga. There is a lot of heart as well as skillful technique in these classes. I’ve also treated myself to massage at this studio and it’s been so nourishing. If you are looking for better health, positive, nourishing community and friends then this is Your Space!
