Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend this to everyone, it is an awesome place to work out and the people are extremely NICE.......It is not a gym therefore you don't look 'cute' after the workout; you look sweaty, tired and proud of yourself. There is a nutritionist to assist you with your dietary questions. Your kids can sit right where you can keep an eye on them while you workout or you can also enroll your child into their karate classes as young as 3 years old. Once you pay them a visit, you will become a fan!
Experiencia fantástica: Go for it kickboxing stays true to its words when they say real people, real kickboxing and real results. I take classes a few days a week and I love the shape it has got me in...I feel more energetic and alive.
