They have helped me navigate my pregnancy fitness journey, while still allowing me to feel like I am challenging myself. My physical and mental health has been impacted in such a meaningful way since joining here. They truly take pride in their knowledge and passion for health and fitness. Each coach is equally as knowledgeable and fun. You will never be bored here!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this Gym. I am not someone who normally leaves a review of any place, but I felt compelled to leave one for Rave! The gym is incredibly clean with great social distancing and no crossover in use of equipment. The classes are challenging, but the trainers make sure that you can modify according to your physical ability. That’s very important for me since I just turned 60 and my body can’t always do what I think it can. All the trainers keep an eye on you to both encourage your getting the most out of the work out, and to correct any form issues you may have while doing so. The owners and staff treat you like family! I highly recommend this workout routine, which is different every day, and gym to anyone and everyone looking to better their physical fitness! I also find that the people who work out here are friendly and encouraging to each other. It makes for a great atmosphere all around!
