Experiencia fantástica: When I first started going to Train Smart I had bulging disks and arthritis in my back. Some days it hurt to walk. I wanted to build my strength to help support my back, and Taylor tweeked his workouts so I was able to do them with the rest of the ladies. It took some time, but I'm so much stronger and my back feels fantastic! I can keep up with my grand baby and my energy level has increased monumentally. I look forward to working out with Taylor and all the lovely ladies all the time. Absolutely recommend!

I love the smaller workout classes because I am able to get more help with technique and repetitions. Great place to gain confidence and get in shape without the awkwardness of feeling self-conscious like a a large gym.
