Anyone can do pilates. No prior experience or athletic skill is needed. All the coaches are so helpful and can modify anything based on individual needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Core Sport is really a top notch facility. The instructors are REALLY WELL TRAINED and are EXTREMELY careful about preventing injuries. I especially enjoy semi-private Pilates with Jessica Post. She is kind, exceedingly knowledgeable, and is really in tune with each client. She will converse pleasantly with you while giving you the tough love we all need to become stronger! As I said before, the facility itself is really clean and well-kept. It is located in a really charming area, too! It is totally worth the investment.
