Experiencia fantástica: I loved Lakeland College during tour with basketball coach. They have very good checks and balances to make sure your child succeeds on the court AND in class! The athletic center is fantastic and new workout room with a view is outstanding! They are committed to your son or daughter. The new student center was great. The worse part is probably the dorms. The freshmen dorms are outdated and homely. They did say they are getting grants for new dorms (freshmen) as they do have some newer dorms on campus. I wish my son would have accepted to go there. It has a student population of about 900-1100, with about 600 of them athletes and I felt this would be perfect for him. He thought the student population was too small. You cannot go wrong with the amenities here and the athletic and academic staff here. It is truly worth a visit!!!
