Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a different type of workout program after not having done any sort of group fitness in a number of years, and a friend told me about Farrell’s. I’ve been a member now since March 2020 and have only missed a handful of classes - whether taking them in person or online - ever since. I quickly got hooked and was so pleased with my results even after completing the introductory 10 week program. The workouts alternating between kickboxing and strength training are challenging (and even fun!), the owners are wonderful, and you really feel a sense of community here from the moment you walk in the door. I’ve enjoyed my experience so much, I even started recently instructing in hopes that I can pay it forward and motivate others as they’ve motivated me. I highly recommend giving Farrell’s Plymouth a try - you won’t regret it!
