Experiencia fantástica: My name is Donna and I am letting you know the love and heart of this place. The manager Kathy and the staff are so welcoming with a smile on their face when you walk in the door and making sure you are taken care of when you're there. The family bathroom is so nice because you can shower, go to the bathroom and get fully ready in that one room by yourself. Bless you YMCA of Plano!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member here for a while and love this place. It's clean and spacious and the employees are helpful and cordial. (I haven't seen anything to justify the one star reviews.) I have not had any experience with the classes or trainers, but the members I have spoken with speak highly of the classes and trainers. There are long time members who attend regularly and keep coming back. (I don't understand the one star reviews.) I highly recommend membership and attendance here!

Experiencia fantástica: Very well maintained health club. Kept very clean and all Covid protocols are followed. Located next to one of the largest athletic parks in Plano. Walking and running trails are available.
