The 12 Plano Legacy

Experiencia fantástica: The 12 Plano is amazing! It’s ALWAYS clean, extremely friendly staff, very knowledgeable trainers, HUGE variety of weights and never a shortage of them no matter how many members are in the class. Great music selections, and fantastic equipment! Clean towels, water stations, spacious lockers, clean spacious bathrooms, showers, hair dryers, hair ties, bobby-pins, q-tips, deodorant, floss, and so much more!! You can easily roll out of bed and attend the early morning classes, and get ready for work. There are always deals for new members, no contracts, free parking, and right in the Shops at Legacy, so breakfast, lunch, or dinner is always an option before or after the gym. Very easy and user friendly app to sign up for classes and see what exercises will be in the screens daily. I give them five stars!!

Experiencia fantástica: The 12 is by far the best gym I have been to! The trainers are exceptional (especially Debi and Kay). They go out of their way to remember your name and personalize the experience to you, even when in a large group. They are encouraging and motivating! The format of the classes is great - it gives you the chance to work in small groups yet still be part of a bigger team. The facilities are super clean and have a nice collection of shared products if you're on the run. Class times are super convenient and the entire atmosphere is great. The workouts are super tough too no matter what your fitness level. This place will get you into shape for sure!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great workout for all fitness levels! You can make it as easy or hard as you need. I wish I would have started months ago. I am enjoying the workouts and already noticing results. The instructors and community are very welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have been attending the 12 for about 6 months now and we love it! Everything from their customer service, their class times, the trainers, and of course the incredible workout you get is exceptional! We have also become great friends with the owners Josh and Nikki Boyd! I run a nonprofit called Melody of Hope and as soon as we told the Boyds about our Christmas gala they wanted to jump on as table host and an event sponsor. They give back in many ways to the community and their reputation here is already incredible! Come get your sweat on and try it out for free!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing! The trainers and staff actually care about you and your goals! They aren't there for aesthetics or to please the masses, they are there to help motivate you, be apart of your health journey, and watch you change along with building a positive community! I have been able to take classes with Debi, Kayla, and Lizzie - all 3 of them have a unique style that caters to all types of people and are so warm and welcoming. They know when to push you to your limits and when to help you get past that extra rep. If you want a place that scientifically trains the proper way by isolating muscle groups, this is the place to go! I no longer have joint aches and/or injuries from training total body EVERYDAY! Thank you for making me feel so welcome and creating a fitness family for all of us!
