Experiencia fantástica: Great coaching staff. I have worked out at alot of places and they are great. Not pushy, the will correct your form but not scream at you. The coaches handle all questions and such very well. If your looking at doing crossfit this is a great gym to start.
Experiencia fantástica: Great Box! Very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable staff. I dropped in, as I am a member of another box in NC and I was down on travel. I will def revisit when I am in the area!
