Experiencia fantástica: Excellent gym with warm family environment. There is a kids area with WiFi and couches. Very good pricing compared to most boxes in the area. Coaching staff are patient and well trained.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing program with amazing results. The people are great too. Its a big family of nothing but support no matter you're fitness level. Great coaching that makes learning easy. Worth every penny. I lost 23 lbs in 2 months.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly faces in my drop-in, tough workouts, and an overall good box space. Had the opportunity to drop-in twice during my visit to LA, and this place kept the southern hospitality real. Great crowd and fun coaches, but like any other box drop-in, try to let them know at least 24 hours in advance of your visit. This place was not strict but it helps a lot.
