CROSSFIT 611

Experiencia fantástica: I was new to CrossFit and in my second trimester when I started at Crossfit611. They have been nothing short of amazing this entire time. All of the coaching staff have been so helpful in teaching modifications so that I am able to continue working out safely through my pregnancy. I genuinely love coming to class.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the community I was looking for when I moved back to the area. No lie, a big consideration on the exact location I chose to live was based on distance to the gym I enjoyed the most. Jon was very knowledgeable during the intro brief, understood what I was looking for in a box and clearly explained how CrossFit 611 could help me achieve my goals. The owners Shawn and Becky were especially warm and inviting during the first class, in which they were also participating. All the coaches are encouraging and safety minded during class. Last but not least, all the other members have made it a fun place to be.

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit has always intimidated me. I’ve always feared that this style of gym would be sink or swim, but that has not been my experience at CrossFit611 at all. All of the coaches are enthusiastic about helping people of all experience levels. The community they have built is amazing. I can’t recommend them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Second trip to the Southern Pines area. Second drop-in at 611. Great community. Great workouts. Coaches and members alike are very welcoming and helpful. Definitely will drop in again when we come back to NC.
