Experiencia fantástica: I am not one who likes to exercise. In fact I just don’t lol. Not until finding Stevie!!! I have done the dance fitness class and it’s my absolute FAVORITE! I will also say that I CANNOT dance either lol. Like not at all. Not if my life depended on it. But that doesn’t matter! It’s so much fun you don’t even care that you’re sweating from the exercise. So grab a friend and GO! You will not regret it

Experiencia fantástica: MissStevious offers a variety of fitness classes and times to fit almost any schedule! I love working out with “real” women that support and encourage each other….plus it’s so much fun! I’ve made many friends here too. Highly recommend checking it out!

Experiencia fantástica: At MisStevieous Fitness you will find women of all ages, stages, and fitness levels. It’s a great place to feel comfortable and supported. Stevie provides an excellent range of classes from strength training to dance and everything in between. She always includes modifications and takes time to guide each student to ensure safety and max results. This is the most inclusive and welcoming gym I have ever attended but don’t be fooled ???? you WILL sweat and be challenged daily!! I love it!
