Experiencia fantástica: Top notch place! I started working out here about a year after leaving the military really not sure what to expect. I was missing that cohesion you got from serving and your unit being an extended family. I not only found a place to workout and push myself, I found a community that welcomes EVERYONE and judges NO ONE. Everyone is encouraging to anyone who wants to better themselves, no matter your experience or level of fitness. If your looking for a good workout that will allow you to find your limits and surpass them this is the place. If you are looking for a place to become better this is it. if you are looking for a fun and energetic environment, here you are.
