Mountainside Fitness Happy Valley

Experiencia positiva: Had an issue with the explanation of certain billing issues at the Happy Valley location. Carefree location helped explain what what happened and said it wasn't too uncommon at this location. Changed from 1 star to 3 since Carefree helped me out. As a whole MSF is a good gym with a low monthly membership. It can be busy at times, but its usually not too bad. Wish they had more than a half court, but its worth the low rates.

Experiencia fantástica: So far we've been coming to this gym for 6 months and love it. It's always well maintained with stocked towels ,clean equipment,well kept group fit rooms and restrooms. Another plus which is unique to other gyms is the smoothie bar and access to group fit rooms when a class is not going on. Price point is reasonable expecially since towels are Included . There's a steam room and sauna . Some locations have massage chairs and I believe all memberships include 1 season a day with additional sessions available for purchase. Management is kind ,knowledgeable and helpful. They don't let all the work fall on one employee and work together with their team to run a smooth gym.. Highly recommend ???? No pool but we have lots of family with pools so that doesn't really effect us. Group Fitness classes are fun with high energy teachers. I really enjoy the High Fitness class with Kacy Davis. She is high energy and always has such a great attitude. I love how she inteoduces herself to each member who joins her class. I've been coming to her high fitness class for 4 weeks now and will continue to come for as long as she is an instructor.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym! I walk in and I am greeted by amazing and friendly people. :) The gym is always clean and spotless. Majority of the people that use the gym use the sanitizing wipes AFTER use! Keep up the great work Mountainside Fitness!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely OUTSTANDING staff! I talked to Dani in the billing department & explained my complicated situation. She was wonderful. Went above and beyond for me & Dani’s manager Taylor also went above and beyond for me & my situation. They are the reason I will continue my membership in the future. They made me feel heard & cared for. Super professional but kind! That is what a business should be all about very rare to find these days! I appreciate you both and can’t thank you enough! Shout out to you guys!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn't have been any happier with finding a new gym in a new place. The staff and environment is phenomenal! The Assistant General Manager, Taylor Covert, walked me through a tour, made it very welcoming everyday, and you will always leave with a healthier mindset. Love this place and recommend it to anyone who is wanting to better their physical/mental health while creating new amazing friends on your journey!
