Experiencia fantástica: Moving from the Midwest and new to Phoenix, I knew that I needed to start a new health journey. However, I wasn't sure where to begin, as I am new to working out - gyms are intimidating, and with no prior experience or knowledge, I wouldn't even know where to start. With TriFIT, I found exactly what I needed - coaches that care. They offer a nutrition program, motivation, and just all around good vibes. Laurel, the owner, sits you down in the beginning for a one-on-one to set your goals, and break the ice. Korey and Steven are amazing trainers that go the extra mile to make beginners feel welcome. Monica, the nutritionist, listens to your goals and helps you stay on top them with all the motivation. Can't say enough good things about this place. They've not only helped my physical health, they have helped my mental health, as well, and I could not be more grateful.

Experiencia fantástica: TriFIT has been a game changer! Their nutrition and fitness knowledge truly helped me understand what a healthier lifestyle looks and feels like. My move back to PA is going to be a tough one; I can only hope to find a GYM that has the supportive and amazing people. I’ll definitely miss the workouts with Steven, video calls with Monica, supportive words from Laurel and everyone at TriFit! I have seen a lot of changes and have learned so much!! Thank you for everything ???? hopefully I can find a gym just as great as yours on the east coast.

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE this gym! I came in here at the lowest point in my adult life, and the entire gym welcomed me with open arms as a part of a community. It’s not like any other place I’ve been, everyone wants everyone to succeed, there is no tension, or judgement. It’s helped me find the upmost confidence in who I am, not just physically but mentally as well! I brought a friend to try it out and the culture really threw her for a loop, with how welcoming and considerate everyone is, that was her selling point! I think TriFIT is the place for anyone at any point in their gym journey

Experiencia fantástica: I am not a total stranger to gyms or working out but i was definitely in need of being motivated and of refocusing my goals. TriFIT Wellness offered me the opportunity and space to reimagine what my workouts could be and the results -vigor, body, sleep, happened in the first 30 days. The location is convenient, the scheduling app is easy, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The best thing about TriFIT is the trainers. No muscle heads here. They are consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, and they take genuine interest in all aspects of your wellness. They've developed a great gym with great staff. Don't miss out.
