All are very caring and friendly people too. As a relatively new member and 9 months pregnant I feel very comfortable working out there. 1000% recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I just moved here a little over a month ago from out of state. I was seriously on a mission to find a CrossFit gym in the area to call my new "Home." I had tried out about 5 gyms in the area within my first week of arriving and found the decision to pick one being extremely hard. I was weighing heavily between two other gyms when I stumbled across Defiant CrossFit. The second I approached the entrance, the professionalism and warm welcome was top notch! I was searching for a gym that would provide great programming, structured and well-run classes and above all, community. They showed up in every single area and them some!! The community here is so supportive, energetic and it is the first time I ever stumbled across a gym that didn't have "cliques." Not only have I found a new "Home," but I have also found family! Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member here for nearly 5 years. They have supported me and modified workouts to be both attainable and challenging. (so challenging!)
