Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Crunch Round Rock are awesome. I came in to sign up as a new client and felt very welcome. The team behind the desk were helpful and offered great advice. The gym is clean, offers a great range of equipment and atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: I called inquiring about membership and set up a tour I spoke to a friendly young man named Donovan, his great customer service skills and knowledge about getting fit . When I came in to tour this young man showed me a around the gym and to my surprise this place was very clean kept. You don’t find too many places or young people these days that actually show they care about their appearance and service that they are providing!!!! KUDOS TO DONOVAN!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here for years and it’s honestly been my home away from home. The staff is extremely nice and helpful plus they have never given me any issues. Donovan has to be one of the most helpful people I’ve ever met!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member twice (pre and post pandemic shut down) and all experiences have been nothing but supportive, welcoming, accommodating and encouraging! I would like to highlight my most recent interaction with a manager, Jeremy, at the Round Rock location. I called inquiring about my membership and needed some specific support that day. Jeremy was patient and empathetic and went far and away “above and beyond” to help me pertaining to my needs regarding my membership. He treated me like family and showed such compassion! I am beyond grateful for the care he showed and it should be recognized because it does not happen everywhere, that’s for sure. I will rejoin once I’m able appreciate so much the tailored service I was shown! Crunch RR will continue to get my support even if it’s by way of positive word of mouth until I am able to join again! Thank you again for everything! I’ll be back soon!

Experiencia positiva: I really enjoy the gym and the staff. They’re friendly and have fun with what they do and their members. The morning crew is a blast, especially for it being so early. (shout out to Taylor!) There’s only some minor things with the equipment from time to time that keeps this from being a perfect 5 star, but they’re really trying to resolve this it seems as it’s taking less and less time for repairs.
