Experiencia fantástica: This isn’t just a gym it’s a community. I started here on a 6 week free trial challenge and joined before the challenge was complete. I have always been a huge proponent of balance and that’s what I found here. The coaches and owners care about fitness, nutrition, and creating something more than just a gym. Everyone has been incredibly supportive and helpful…and bonus…it’s fun! I’ve made lifelong friends here and I look forward to continuing my journey here.

Experiencia fantástica: This place changed my life. The community and coaches are incredibly encouraging and skilled. I started out not being able to do a push-up. Now I am 50 pounds lighter and stronger than I have ever been in my life. I can now do push-ups, box jumps, wall balls, pull-ups, run, squat, dumb bell snatch, and so much more. I now know that I can do hard things thanks to this gym! Join this awesome community!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is all about community! If you’re looking for group training classes to help keep you motivated look no farther! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and fun. The new owners are very personable, honest, and professional. They truly care about the athletes and their goals. The workouts are always challenging and different. You can tailor them based on your goals and fitness level. Lastly, the clientele are all truly good people with big hearts. I have made some friendships that will last a lifetime here. Do yourself a favor and if not for your physical health - come check us out for your mental health!
