Experiencia fantástica: I have been strength training with KIm Snow for almost two years and It has made me a stronger runner and has prevented many overuse injuries I have been plagued with over the years. I am a 61 year old woman with osteoporosis and I am in better shape than in my 30’s thanks to Kim and her well conceived training plan. Kim challenges me every session; but it is fun and rewarding. The gym is an excellent facility as well!

I had only really ever done cardio before I met Kim and was dealing with old and new knee injuries that she has consistently paid close attention to. She creates workouts that are challenging without being overwhelming and is helping me meet my fitness goals while always checking my form and preventing injuries. She thinks outside of the box and is caring and motivating. The whole atmosphere at Mission Fitness is a great one with a friendly and welcoming community. I would highly recommend this gym. So much so, that I am now trusting them to train both of my daughters.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been working with Kim Snow for over two years and she is exceptional both in training and attitude. (Started due to osteoporosis and after the two years I have had some increase in bone density thus able to avoid taking prescription meds). Our sessions are a rare combination of hard work and laughter. Highly recommend her and the entire staff at Mission Fitness.
