Experiencia fantástica: This is the first CrossFit gym I’ve dropped into besides my home gym in Seattle, and it was a great experience. The coaches were so friendly and helpful! They counted me as one of their own athletes for the week of classes that I attended and gave me tips on my form and workouts. They explained the workouts thoroughly and included adequate warm up and cool down time. I would definitely recommend it if visiting the area!
