Experiencia fantástica: I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience here. Their whole team is great. I'm in the Air Force and was out in this area for a temporary duty assignment. I am a gym rat and very particular about where I lift. Reggie and Louie made me feel like part of the family day 1 of lifting here. They are both very knowledgeable and provided great advice to help me overcome a few injuries I had since serving. I was only here for 5 weeks, but definitely will miss this place. Oh and the equipment... They had everything I needed to include chains and heavy bags. Equipment was in great condition and had plenty of weights to include iron plates.

Experiencia fantástica: A great gym. No frills, but in the best way- has exactly what you need. Remember in the "Rocky" series, after he won the Title, and then got too fancy for his own good, so Apollo Creed made him go back and work out at Mick's again? This is Mick's- has real Eye of the Tiger, if you know what I mean:)

Experiencia fantástica: Loved it, so many different things to use, not crowded and employees were nice and useful. Free weights and machines. Glad I signed and can't wait to get back to what I use to be here.
