Experiencia positiva: Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they never answer the phone! I can’t always drive to the location to ask a question. And I’ve yet to be reached out to by email. Best advice would be to better communication. But besides that, it’s a dope place

Experiencia fantástica: I went to many different places looking for a replacement for my old class after they discontinued. Each one was always missing something I was looking for and wasn't the full package, but when I found this place it checked all my boxes.. flexible schedule with numerous days, fun atmosphere/instructors, music, plenty of space, clean, diverse workouts, good vibes and energy. I just finished my class with Kendrick and he is amazing! He really knows how to get you pumped up and encourage you and is also funny, which keeps the class from getting boring. My other go to is Kani. She is also a wonderful instructor with an upbeat personality, fun classes and also very motivating. What I really like is each class they switch the exercises up keeping it from getting too repetitive while still giving you the same full body workout. The music is nice and loud to get you going, unlike some other places that don't even give you music to work out to. The front desk staff are also very friendly, sweet and helpful. Even the members that go there are very nice and social with good energy. You can tell they enjoy going there. If you're looking for a new kickboxing spot I definitely recommend here.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the most amazing workout I’ve ever done!!! I love CKO kickboxing Pembroke Pines. I go to 6 am classes and after I’m full of energy to start my day!!! I recommend this place from the bottom of my heart. Thanks to my cousin that recommended me to come here!!! ????????????

Experiencia fantástica: this place is my life! Amazing place to come work out in a great safe environment during these hard times! They make sure that the gym is clean and ready for each class with social distancing separators and clean boxing bags and mats! This gym has helped me lose weight, making me feel great about myself and makes working out fun! If you are definitely looking to lose weight, get stronger or get in a better mental or physical figure! Definitely come by this amazing gym come try it out first class is FREE! I LOVE MY GYM!

Experiencia positiva: Great gym with AMAZING trainers that are passionate about what they do and want to see you happy and healthy with astounding results. All staff members are very pleasant with warm greetings to all, you will never feel counted out in a gym like this. The owners are amazing as well and super friendly! However, when it came time to me wanting to cancel my membership it took longer than a month for me to get in contact with someone to process this for me. I would call during business hours and no one would answer. Finally when someone did answer, I had a lot of questions about my account and asked if the owners could give me a call or email me, which never happened. I had to constantly keep reaching out to see if anyone would answer and finally I was able to get this handled. That was my only issue, other than that it’s a great gym with a great atmosphere.
