Experiencia fantástica: After 9 months of training at Fordham fitness. I have achieved multiple changes both physically and emotionally. Ana and Genevieve are an exceptional team with high knowledge in the field of exercise and nutrition. Her motivation, discipline and enthusiasm really take you to another level. The schedules and workouts are excellent, in these months I have managed to lose weight. Sizes, tone, improve my health, and my energy. I achieved discipline, self-confidence and incredible motivation. Fordham Fitness is not any ordinary gym to me anymore both its instructors and members are like a family. The best transformer of physical and personal growth in Pembroke Pines. Every day I appreciate being able to be with you at Fordham Fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you Fordham Fitness!!! I had hit a plateau and was not loosing any weight. I decided to give them a try. The trainers Ana (the owner) and Genevieve are the best!!! They also give you a meal plan to follow which is great...I'm not gonna lie, it's hard work, but if you stick to it you will see results. I see changes to my body and the scale is finally going down again.. Love you guys❤❤
