Experiencia fantástica: From my first class at Tapout, Darnell oriented me to the basics of boxing and helped me have an awesome class. I would say that I am moderately in shape, and this class was still challenging to me. However, there are plenty of modifications for all fitness levels. Honestly, I really enjoy how the classes don't start right at 5:00pm... it's more like 5:05pm for all of the fashionably late people. LOL it gives the gym a more comfortable vibe. I really enjoyed the music selection too!
