Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going for 2 weeks now, Coach really is an amazing person both inside and outside of the gym. He is an expert in his field without a doubt. Keeps me accountable with our 1:1 personal training classes and food schedules and I am looking forward to my progress in the future and lifestyle changes I will be going through.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a great place to get a great workout that challenges you. The building is very clean and such great equipment to workout. This has been my second time there and the routines were unique and different both times. Coach Pain does an amazing job at walking you through the workout and making sure you are comfortable throughout the routine. I will definitely continue my fitness journey here!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is Amazing. Today was my first time visiting and it was great. Really great equipment, Coach Pain motivates you and helps you push through. All while checking on you and the others. After seeing one session I kept thinking, what am I doing? But once your get started Coach Pain and the other members help you out and it was worth it. Am I going back? Heck yeah!!
