Experiencia fantástica: I have been doing CrossFit for about 7 years now and have been in and out of a lot of gyms, but the Varela brothers do an exceptional job of keeping a tight knit community. They do not cut corners on warm ups, correct movement and getting in a brutal work out. This facility is state of the art!
