This gym is a community of athletes at all levels and all ages where you feel accepted! Just a great place to find friends and get your workout on!

Experiencia fantástica: If your looking for the BEST of the BEST for a Crossfit box - you will find it at Crossfit Sparrow. It has a strong community and the best coaches you could ever ask for. I do not give reviews often but this place is worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down.....this is the BEST gym and community out there. If you’ve ever said, ‘I want to be a better version of myself?’, ‘I would love to get in shape!’, ‘I’m not sure about CrossFit’. Sparrow is exactly where you should be. I was never athletic my entire life and had never stepped into a gym until 5 years ago. It was the best decision I have ever made. The Coaches, the Programming, the Community Spirit of Sparrow is unmatched.
