I don’t know why anyone would join a big chain gym when you could have a much more personal experience here with guidance from coaches who actually care about you reaching your health and fitness goals.

Experiencia fantástica: The coaches at HIIT Houston are the best! Every workout can be modified to your fitness level and/or ability. This is also the cleanest gym I've ever seen with members cleaning equipment they use and the coaches sanitizing everything as well after class!
