Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Armada is great!! The coaches care about your health, progress and safety. They really lead and encourage their gym so well that it really feels like family. Come as you are regardless of your fitness level! I’ve been there through it all: in my lowest shape, best shape and now even pregnancy… and even I still have a ways to go to get to in even better shape. Glad to be in this fitness journey with the Armada team!

Coaching are great teachers, focus on technique and help foster a great community feel. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the coaches and the people! Very professional and coaches make sure you have good form, so you don’t hurt yourself. They also work within your limits. No matter your skill level, they scale the workout to fit your needs. And the atmosphere is very supportive! Great place to call home!
