Experiencia fantástica: Great place to work out. They just added brand new squat racks, which were much needed. Looking forward to them upgrading the rest of the weight equipment leftover from decades past.

Experiencia positiva: I have only been twice and can only give a review based on my two experiences. Both times I went as a guest with a friend. The front desk was helpful and professional. There was a good selection of equipment to. The first time I went at 6:00 am and the second time was around 7:30 pm. Neither time was overly crowded.

Experiencia fantástica: Joined the gym in November and signed up for personal training. My trainer, Austin C, has made the difference for me. He helped me by giving me a diet plan and frequently checks that I'm sticking to it. He has been able to work around my work schedule very well. He has also been very good at pushing me during our workouts without pushing too hard where there is a risk of injury. He has helped me develop better form during our sessions to maximize my results safely. He has a good knowledge and keeps the workouts different each day. I have tried working out at other gyms to lose weight and was unable due to injury and lack of discipline/motivation. If it wasn't for Austin, I wouldn't have gotten the results I wanted. Very good gym and good trainers... Would definitely recommend.
