Experiencia fantástica: Alex is the best trainer around! I live almost an hour away but refuse to see any other trainer. He is very passionate about training, dedicated and motivating. I have worked with other trainers that were closer to me and did not find the workouts as effective/ result producing. Alex listens and will help you obtain exactly the results that you want - every time I am dedicated to my training with Alex I see amazing results. I have trained with him for almost 10 years now and would highly recommend! He is the best!
