Experiencia fantástica: I have only been going a short time. Always extremely helpful and through in explainations. This will be my permanent GYM. Also feel safe being there.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place, super nice staff. Plenty of options including a nice pool and hot tub. Aerobic room and plenty of options in the weight room.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm a new member. I felt right at home from the moment I entered the facility to enroll. The office staff were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We toured the building and found it very clean and welcoming. The water zumba was a blast and the instructor, Claudia, was full of energy! Today I'm going to try my luck at Zumba in the gym and maybe even start planning a training program with the gym crew. Great start! The gym takes Silver and Fit and Silver Sneakers insurance plans so it's a win all the way around!

Experiencia fantástica: An excellent place to go swimming. 5 bucks for a day pass. I was just interested in swimming so I first visited the jacuzzi, very, clean and very warm to hot. Then into the huge pool for a cool off and it was very clean to. The deep end is 12 feet. I visited the sauna, but it got way to hot for me. It was really nice and clean to. This place is awesome and very well run and clean.
