When I first walked in, I knew nothing and each day I feel stronger and more confident than the day before. It is great for all levels of experience!

The trainers are all top notch, always available to answer any questions and super knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. The gym is spotless and equipment is brand new. If you’re looking for your sign to start personal training this is it!! This is your new oasis!! 10/10 recommend LC Elite Gym!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been training with Jess since Dec '21, and it's the best decision I've made for myself in a long time. I haven't felt this good in a while, and I've never been this strong in my entire life! Jess has helped me so much with training and nutrition. She is extremely knowledgeable and always has the answers for my questions. Liz did an absolutely outstanding job creating this gym. The vibes and atmosphere will always make you feel comfortable because all of the trainers and clients are so positive and supportive. Experiencia fantástica: Amazing personal training gym. Liz and all the other trainers are extremely knowledgeable and organized providing great workout sessions, nutrition support and resources outsides of your sessions. I’ve been using the app for workouts at home and gym on my own - and making many of the recipes on the app! It’s a very welcoming environment ( trainers and other clients) Trainers are ready to provide custom workouts depending on your goals / interests / skill level. Very happy I found this space, it’s exactly what I was looking for to get back in shape and create a sustainable fitness and nutrition plan!
